Mediterranean seafood pizza

A delicious light Mediterranean-style meal – Marwi seafood pizza

TOPPING
1–2 dl pizza sauce
1–2 cloves garlic
140 g seafood mix
60 g octopi
40 g canned corn
40 g green bell pepper
2 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp thyme
3–4 dl grated cheese

PIZZA DOUGH
470 ml wheat flour
14 g yeast
½ tsp salt
12 g sugar
1 ½ dl water

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, then add about 200 ml of wheat flour and the salt and sugar. Mix in the rest of the flour little by little and shape the dough into a soft ball. Put the dough in a warm place and leave covered for about 10–15 minutes. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drain the seafood mix and octopi. Coat the risen pizza base with the pizza sauce. Top with the shrimp, mussels, crayfish tails, octopi, corn, bell pepper and herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 250 °C on the middle rack for 12–14 minutes.
