MARWI shrimp sandwich
Shrimp sandwich – a nutritious and healthy afternoon meal with iceberg lettuce, avocado, egg and Marwi shrimp.
1 box of Marwi hand-peeled shrimp
2–3 leaves leaf or iceberg lettuce
1 avocado
butter (with sea salt crystals, if desired)
multigrain bun, large white multigrain bread or wholegrain bread
boiled egg
freshly cracked black pepper

Boil the egg. Smear the bun or large multigrain white bread / whole grain bread with butter. Spread a slice of the bun/bread with butter, add lettuce leaves, then top with egg and avocado slices. Cover densely with shrimp. If desired, squeeze some lemon juice over the shrimp or cut the lemon into thin slices and place over the shrimp. Sprinkle with ground pepper.

White Tiger shrimp are large, soft and mouthwateringly delicious. The light salty marinade brings out the natural taste of the shrimp.
