Shrimp toast with hollandaise sauce

A mildly spicy snack – toast with shrimp, marinated bell pepper and hollandaise sauce

white bread
hollandaise sauce – recipe
marinated bell pepper
shrimp
for garnishing:
beet sprouts
beet leaf
oven-roasted leek

Toast the white bread in a toaster, remove the crust and cut into the desired shape. Top the toasted bread with ¼ tsp of hollandaise sauce or mayonnaise. Cut a suitably sized slice from the marinated bell pepper and place on the bread. Smear the bell pepper slice with another ¼ tsp of hollandaise sauce or mayonnaise and top with shrimp, then garnish with thinly sliced chili pepper.
